Who provides the service
«Jump with Dimi» is the name of my work as a tandem instructor. The jump itself takes place at an airfield run by an independent operator: the aircraft, flight operations and site rules are theirs, and their rules apply there in addition to these terms.
Your request and the arrangements go through me. Who is your counterparty for which part of the service in a given case, I will tell you before booking — it depends on the airfield.
Booking
A request through the form is not yet a booking. The date becomes binding only when I confirm it.
The price depends on the site and the service and is stated before confirmation. XXX (add deposit, payment method and due date)
Weather
Tandem jumps depend on the weather. Wind, cloud base and visibility decide on the day, and that decision is neither yours nor mine alone.
If weather prevents jumping, the date is moved at no extra cost. A jump that cannot be made safely is not made; there is no exception to that.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule as early as you can — then the slot can go to someone else.

If you do not show up without cancelling, the slot is used up.
Being late
The schedule at the airfield depends on flight times and other jumps. If you arrive late, you may not jump that day — not as a penalty, but because the slot has passed.
Weight, height and physical requirements
There are limits that come from the equipment, not from me: XXX (current weight and height limits).
What matters is your specific situation, not a number alone. Physical limitations are not an automatic no — but they must be discussed beforehand, honestly and completely.
If the details given turn out not to match on the day, the jump does not happen: the equipment is chosen based on those details.
Health
Tell me beforehand about conditions that may matter: heart and circulation, back and spine, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, diving within the last 24 hours, medication.
Alcohol and drugs rule out the jump, with no discussion at the airfield.
In case of doubt a doctor decides — not me and not you.
Behaviour during the jump
On a tandem jump I am in charge, and my instructions are binding throughout — boarding, exit, freefall and landing.
Not following them endangers us both. I reserve the right to abort a jump or not to start one if that appears necessary.
Video and photos
Video and photos are XXX (included / at extra cost) and are delivered XXX (period) after the jump.
Equipment can fail. If the recording fails, that part is refunded or a new attempt is arranged; the jump itself still counts as performed.
Your footage is published on this site or in social networks only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Liability
XXX This section must be drafted by a lawyer. Under German law liability disclaimers are valid only within narrow limits; a clause drawn too widely is void and worse than none.
If the airfield is closed
If flight operations do not happen — closed airfield, aircraft technical failure, official order — the date is moved. Amounts already paid remain valid, or are refunded if no new date can be agreed.
Applicable law
German law applies. The German version of these terms is the binding one.
